Release v1.0

This is the armor upgrading version of my weapon Forge plugin.

It works in a similar fashion with some extra customisation (possibility to use only for some actors / armor types).

It can also be used with the Forge plugin to have all the equipment in your game completely managed that way.

Make sure to also add the lightCore plugin packed with it.
