Update 1.1

I had some spare time, so I fixed a few things in this version 1.1 :

• Updated player sprite when flying over the forest in the starting scene.
• Corrected Luthien moves (instead of player) when "dwarf" choice is selected.
• Corrected some choice windows to dim opacity.
• After the meal Luthien rejoins the party after the conversation.
• Added some sounds to the café events.
• Minor changes to credits.
• Cleaned up the database and image folders from unused resources.
• Updated the plugins.

I'll keep the old version available for a while just in case there's any problem (due to the engine update).
