Update v1.30

Pretty big update with more customisation and a whole new Rock / Paper / Scissors mode. This new mode also introduces the option to define the 3rd enemy skill (the "Guard" skill) so make sure to properly define it too if you plan on using the RPS duel type. If you keep using the Suikoden type, only Attack and Special are required.
