Plugin release

This is the 4th plugin of my Suikoden series, and it's also the first plugin I'm not using yet in my projects ! As such, even if I tested it, there might still be some bugs.
I wanted to challenge myself by messing a bit with the battle system. So I've been working on it those past few weeks.

I hope some you will find a use for it.
